- Customer data you authorize us to process - customer data made available through Wix or QuickBooks integrations when needed to provide the requested functionality.

- Support and communications data - messages sent through support channels or the website chat widget. If you use the website chat widget, we process the messages you submit and related technical data needed to deliver the chat experience. We do not restore prior chat sessions after the browser or chat window is closed.
When our services are used with third-party platforms such as Wix or QuickBooks, we process data received through those integrations only as needed to provide the requested app functionality, maintain the integration, support users, and secure the service. We do not use such data for advertising, data brokerage, or unrelated marketing purposes.

Server and request logs are retained for 7 days and then deleted. Accordia does not use AI providers to process or receive customer data from Wix or QuickBooks integrations, and we do not disclose such customer data to AI providers.

Our services are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
